Good looking user interface. Integration with DocuSign is generally very smooth.

It doesn't allow to add key signors after you enter them initially, which makes scheduling impossible. Also cannot change form formats if the wrong template is chosen.

Very interactive and easy to use for all parties involved. Rooms set up very quickly, so there's a lot of flexibility involved as well.

What I like most about this software is the ability to quickly email a link to an agreement, so that I can walk that individual through the agreement.

There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.

I liked the usability with RingCentral. I was able to change the phone number on caller id very simply and it was a great integration with Salesforce.

Love the Voicemail to Text function, and how easy it is to return a call. Mobile app is also great.

The only complaint I have is that if you dont start your meeting within 5 minutes of logging into the meeting then the system kicks you out and you gave to call back in and start over.

These people are the worst. And this is their sales department, the department that is usually the nicest to deal with.

I emailed, went to facebook and used the chatbot to try and cancel and no one executed my cancelation and was charged for the service.

I personally use it most for voicemail and faxing. It is useful that you can get the voicemail recordings to your email in case you are not nearby phone and also have a great app.
