From core fund accounting to advanced grant management, and budget monitoring, Serenic Software designs systems to help nonprofits focus on their organization’s key mission, gain efficiencies and offer transparency to constituents. Certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the Serenic Navigator financial management suite empowers nonprofits, international NGOs, and the public sector. Serenic Navigator is offered as an on-premise or cloud deployment, offering flexibility and scalability for differing needs.
Serenic Navigator boasts full multi-language and multi-currency support, so that enterprise-level organizations with global branches can efficiently support their accounting needs. This financial suite includes integrations with a variety of systems, and is a great fit for organizations needing ERP. This level of integration will further contribute to increased transparency with budgeting and expenditure tracking.
Serenic’s grant management software, AwardVision, streamlines and strengthens the process of competing and applying for grants. AwardVision ensures that every member of the organization has the same information in real-time, reducing fund restriction violations and increasing compliance and productivity.
Another feature we like is the ability to access real-time data, allowing for a higher level of efficiency, accuracy and productivity. Real-time accessibility is available through the Web, Windows, or Microsoft SharePoint.
Key features include flexible deployment options, cash management, AwardVision (grant management), procurement & purchasing, BudgetVision (budget management) and more. We recommend this system for organizations with an operating budget of $6-100 million, and over 50 employees in a wide range of industries such as Animal Welfare, Healthcare, Public Broadcast, and much more.

The option for employees to electronically elect their own benefits.
Everything! The system is difficult to navigate, and difficult to manage. It is hard to see what tasks still need to be completed. The onboarding features actually creates more problems during onboarding.
Find something else. This system creates more problems than it actually solves.

The quality provided is top-notch, and always good to use. It seems the company has a great process in place to ensure customers stay happy.
There are some inconsistencies noticeable.
Hand out test discs or sample packs. It would encourage customer feedback before providing the main product

It's easy to use, intuitive and fits well with my organization's needs. It's a strong product that works as it's supposed to.
It can be difficult to get a tech support person on the phone. Serenic isn't always as responsive as I'd like.
I would make sure it's a good fit for your organization's needs and goals.

I appreciate the product because it definitely helps me achieve my fundraising goals.
The customer service can be a bit slow to respond at times.
Just make sure you know your goals in using the software and communicate them in order to have the Serenic Customer Care assist you.
