eSUB Subcontractor Software

eSUB provides a cloud-based project management system for commercial subcontractors of all trades. It has received several awards and recognitions over the past few years, including the National Electrical Contractor Association's Showstopper Award and Constructech Magazine's "Hottest Companies."

eSUB was developed by subcontractors for subcontractors, not GCs or Owners. It puts subcontractors in the driver’s seat to initiate and manage project documentation to the general contractor. eSUB eliminates manual processes for tracking projects via Word, Excel and Outlook and automates labor tracking and communication.

eSUB creates paperless projects with one central storage for project information, photos, drawings, PDFs and any other documents that all team members access in real time. Logging in through a secure Internet portal, eSUB’s project management module allows subcontractors to create, log, and track important documents like requests for information (RFIs), change orders, submittals, purchase orders, daily reports, correspondence, pay applications and more. eSUB’s timecard module tracks subcontractors’ labor hours and costs, which can be transferred from the field into their accounting software. All information can be accessed at any time from any location using any device with an Internet connection.
