ContactWorld, created by NewVoiceMedia, is a unified communication platform for any size corporation. It offers standalone call center functionality, including automatic call distribution, predictive dialer, call recording, auto attendant, softphone, and more. 

ContactWorld is deployed entirely in the cloud, so sensitive information is secured and protected, and can be accessed from anywhere. It’s compatible on Mac or Windows platforms. The system aims to better connect agents with sales prospects by integrating directly with Salesforce CRM. It includes several reporting functions and dashboards to show increased insight into call pick-up rates, call handle time, call resolution, and more. Agents can access call context to be sure to optimize the conversation with each prospect. They can also dial locally, which increases call-connect rate.

ContactWorld offers three different packages depending on the size of your company, whether that be one person, or over a thousand.

The biggest feature that we take advantage of is the detailed reporting that is offered. This allows for every department to be broken down and supplied with easily extracted information. Implementation wasn't as smooth as we'd like however the support team aided us throughout the process.
