Interakt is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution that is suitable for businesses of all sizes across a variety of industries.

Interakt helps users capture leads. Existing leads can be imported into the system, divided into segments and nurtured in real-time.

Interakt has a customer database where users can track customer sessions and activities. Each customer has a profile where users can track customer progress and group users into segments.

Interakt also features email automation, which includes customizable templates and sends automated marketing and transactional emails.

A live chat module is included in the system. Users can engage new customers and provide live support for existing customers. Chat windows are customizable, and an offline mode is offered.

Interakt is priced per month. It has been around for more than two years, and is available worldwide.

I find this tool very helpful for all my customer engagement needs. One of the best tools when it comes to E-mail Marketing, Customer Support.

The support staff is very active and helpful.

Pros

Easy interface,Fast and Smooth.

Cons

I couldn't find a problem in the system till now, everything is working smooth. Have listed my feature requests to the product development team of Interakt, and they have delivered a few of them and working on others.

Advice to Others

Thumbs Up to Interakt, definitely worth trying.

I've been using Interakt for a year now and I find this tool so very helpful for all my customer engagement needs. If you talk about Lead / User Management, Order data management, E-mail Automation, E-mail Marketing, Customer Support via Live Chat or Helpdesk and even Notifications for my website.

I couldn't find such a tool in such less pricing. (Btw, I'm on the free plan).

Pros

For me, Powerful E-mail Automation, Smart Notifications and smooth Live-Chat.

Cons

I couldn't find a problem in the system till now, everything is working smooth.

Have listed my feature requests to the product development team of Interakt, and they have delivered a few of them and working on others.

Advice to Others

Undoubtedly, I would definitely recommend others to use Interakt for any type of customer engagement needs.

A perfect package in alternate to other platforms for which I had to integrate 3 different tools for almost 10 times the price, but here I have everything at one place.
