Total Dental Delivers!

I was a little worried about a cloud based software but Total Dental has changed my mind. It is safe, worry free and easy to use. I can access everything I need to make my practice run at its best and my staff loves how intuitive it is!

Software has a lot of glitches.

The functionality for the Doctor is not there with this software. We have tried to log in sometimes, and it has taken us to a hosting page. Buttons that are supposed to be there according to the help pages just aren't there. Software doesn't seem to be finished. It seems like we are testing it or in the testing stage.

PROS

I like the way the product looks. Visually it is better than a lot of dental software products. I love that all the navigation buttons are within the patients chart.

CONS

There are a lot of buttons missing that are supposed to be there. Seems like they change it as we go along with each complaint.
