Pros

The best thing that I can say about this product is that it is user-friendly and it has great customer service.

Cons

A couple of cons are that you aren't able to customize this product to fit your company as needed. It could use improvements in that area.

Overall good product. It gets the job done! Easy to use and not complicated to maneuver. I am looking for something with more data/graph trend watching software. I would like a program to incorporate all the graphs and data I need to track into the software.

Pros

Easy to use and quick to load most screens.

Cons

Although we never formally purchased this software, we almost spent 6 months testing it to make sure it was the right fit for our company. It has promise, but there was a lack of customization fit for our company.
