Jobi is a field services software that provides service professionals with a platform to manage their business through a cloud-based desktop site and a mobile app. Jobi offers call tracking, dispatch, prices estimating, invoices, GPS mapping and sales metrics. A sales dashboard tracks revenue using visual analytics tools.

Users can see service requests in real time through the administrator dashboard, calls or emails. Dispatch and scheduling can also be managed using Jobi, and GPS tracking lets users see where technicians are while tracking their progress. A sales dashboard tracks revenue using visual analytics tools.

Quickbooks integration lets users import and export data to accounting software. Users can also generate invoices, set prices and accept payments with PayPal, Strip, Authorize and more. Price setting and customization features allow users to establish a price book or import current flat rate pricing.

Support is provided online, and pricing is per user per month.

saves me from having to use paper and phone all day

Pros

super easy to use and icons are most common tasks. I like that it has flat rate book built in and I also imported my own price book though the admin that comes with it. Also like that I can monitor all my sales in real time on the dashboard and break it down by technician, goals, actual sales.

I purchased Jobi after struggling to learn the Service Titan software...Jobi may not have all the same features but it has what I need to run my business and it is way easier and way cheaper.

I've been waiting for this to come out for a while now as I used their other software and while it was great in the beginning, it didn't give me or my techs everything I needed out in the field. This is their new one and man it is awesome! I can see the real time status for my techs and it makes the options for them, so I know everybody is quoting the correct prices. It's also helping my accountant to keep my books in tact as my invoices are all found in one place and not paper everywhere. This is a great software and I am extremely happy with it, as well as my team. I would have given it 5 stars across the board but their customer service is not open on Saturday, and we work on Saturdays, which I would like but they are open late in the weekdays. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the product. They walk you through it before using it so that's definitely a plus because I want a real person to guide me and not a figure it out yourself situation. Its easy to use, my techs get it, my dispatch gets it, and my CSR loves it, and as an owner I'm definitely happy! Good price for everything it does.
