We've been using this software for the last few years in our office and have found that it's incredibly difficult to train people on. We have glitches in things like payments all of the time, and it's incredibly frustrating. The support teams do their best to help out, but sometimes I wonder if they even know how to use the software. I don't know if it's user error or programming, but we're making a switch this year in an attempt to stop the confusion.
