This software is like have it extra 5 people in the office, it is thinking of you, I didn't recognize how many things I did wrong at our office or we were missing, this software it is thinking for you and will organize the whole office more official.

Powerful, but hard to use

We've been using this software for the last few years in our office and have found that it's incredibly difficult to train people on. We have glitches in things like payments all of the time, and it's incredibly frustrating. The support teams do their best to help out, but sometimes I wonder if they even know how to use the software. I don't know if it's user error or programming, but we're making a switch this year in an attempt to stop the confusion.

The web portal is very useful to have a quick glance at the current situation.

Likes Least

I was disappointed when we transferred from the initial Sales Rep to the Project Manager. The Project Manager did not seem familiar with the product.

Recommendations

Obviously, you should consider your entire workflow from initial call to service completion. When I evaluated software to meet this need, ServicePro was the only solution that covered each requirement.

Lots of great features but none of them ever work.

Cons

Nearly impossible to take payments. Constant system errors. Optimized route option never works properly. Work orders and invoices don't display the correct account balances. Pretty much all the basic no brainer stuff never works.
