SkyBoss is a cloud-based field service software solution. It suitable for businesses of any size across a variety of industries. Key features include modules for scheduling and dispatch, invoicing and work orders, client tracking, task management, technician tracking and routing, reporting, estimating and mobile support.

SkyBoss includes a drag and drop calendar where users can select technicians and book them for jobs. The system will send users notifications for unassigned and open jobs, and they can color code jobs.

SkyBoss also has a customer relationship management (CRM) module that lets users to track their clients. They can view client history as well as send clients email and SMS messages to remind them of appointments.

SkyBoss can track technicians in the field. The system has GPS tracking and can plan the most efficient routes and schedule technicians based on their proximity to work orders. With SkyBoss’ mobile functionality, users can send invoices, create clients and update jobs from the field.

Technicians can also create estimates and quotes in the field. Estimates and quotes can be sent to customers, and customers can approve them. Users can generate reports to determine which technicians are performing the best, among other reports.

SkyBoss is priced monthly for unlimited office users, with additional charges per technician. It offers specific features for a variety of different industries.

Get what you pay for. Not a full system to run your business. Ease of use is good for scheduling. Lots of error codes in the daily use

Pros

Price and ease of use with no contract is what sold me. Customer service is great during Pacific time business hours

Cons

Difficult to send an estimate and then delete non purchased items for invoicing.
To put job notes of work done, they need to be entered into the recomendations box.
