Activ Absence has saved us time and money and is much better than our old spreadsheet which used to be the bane of my life! Staff can access via their own portal, and we no longer have any annual leave clashes or skills shortages.
We no longer need agency staff when all the forklift truck drivers are off, (as we have set crteria that prevents them all being off at the same time).
