breatheHR stores all employee information and documents in one centralized location that can be accessed through desktop and mobile devices. Some of the major functions covered by breatheHR are managing documents, tasks, performances and absence management. It enables HR to import/export employee data, export to the payroll function, capture training information and time log.
Other tasks that breatheHR can do are employee profiling, holiday booking and company news. breatheHR also offers a mobile app for iPhone and iPad. This app enables both HR and employees to stay connected and update leaves, documents and other information through mobile devices.
