FeedbackSocially is a Web-based performance review and goal management platform designed to improve employee engagement and 360 degree feedback.
Once users set up their team hierarchy and define the competencies they want feedback on, which can differ based on role and responsibilities, leaders can invite peers into FeedbackSocially to submit feedback anonymously on team members. Reminder emails are automatically sent if feedback isn’t completed by a set due date.
Managers and leaders can then use the FeedbackSocially dashboard to see which feedback has been completed and which are still in-progress. Once all feedback is complete, detailed feedback reports break down every rating and facilitates comparison with self ratings and organizational benchmarks.
Goals can be set on an individual or group basis and progress can be tracked on a visual timeline. The system's One On One feature allows leaders and members to have individual interaction about their performance.
