Hirebridge Corporate HR is a best-of-breed applicant tracking system (ATS) suited for larger companies with in-house recruiting departments that are seeking to centralize their recruiting process. Hirebridge’s Corporate HR solution allows recruiters to create and post job listings directly from within the software system to their company’s corporate careers page, as well as other online job boards.
Once candidates apply, their resume is uploaded to the system and a profile is created for each individual. Each profile is associated with the open position for which that candidate applied, helping ensure that recruiters don't overlook candidates.
By clicking on the requisition, recruiters can see all potential candidates for the position and can compose and track emails to each applicant within Hirebridge. When an applicant is hired, recruiters can also view their profile in order to see whether their onboarding materials—such as their I-9 and background check—have been completed.
