Hirebridge Corporate HR is a best-of-breed applicant tracking system (ATS) suited for larger companies with in-house recruiting departments that are seeking to centralize their recruiting process. Hirebridge’s Corporate HR solution allows recruiters to create and post job listings directly from within the software system to their company’s corporate careers page, as well as other online job boards.
Once candidates apply, their resume is uploaded to the system and a profile is created for each individual. Each profile is associated with the open position for which that candidate applied, helping ensure that recruiters don't overlook candidates.
By clicking on the requisition, recruiters can see all potential candidates for the position and can compose and track emails to each applicant within Hirebridge. When an applicant is hired, recruiters can also view their profile in order to see whether their onboarding materials—such as their I-9 and background check—have been completed.

Hirebridge is easy to implement and a good value for the money.
Customer service is responsive. Product is straightforward and fairly easy to use.
Some functionality isn't there in terms of ease of searching for particular characteristics and integrating information about a candidate.
For a small business with low volume hires, this is a great product!

Great customers service with our contact, and the product is simple.
When adding candidates their notes are not all together but in all different requisition locations which wastes a lot of time going back and forth to each requsition on the notes
If you want a very basic easy to use system for tracking your requisitions then this is a good system for that.

We have used the software for about a year and it does what we need it to do. It is fairly "feature rich" although there have been a couple minor times when I thought we could have used a small feature although I don't even recall what that was. If I recall, they were minor annoyances that could be worked around.
