In the Employee Self-Service module, employees can view and update all information pertaining to their employment, including information from administrators, documents, and all personal information. For candidates applying for a position, the self-service portal provides a place where they can receive online notifications, track the status of their application, and submit key personal information.

HRadvocate integrates with most Payroll systems, including ADP and Serenic, so that redundancy in data entry is eliminated completely. All paystub data can be easily transferred to the employee self-service portal, giving employees access to their payroll information as soon as it becomes available. This includes a full payroll history, including net pay, tax deductions, and more.

As an Applicant Tracking and Recruitment system, HRadvocate can post jobs to internal and external job boards, including the company website, LinkedIn, Monster, and more. Recruiters can easily schedule interviews with candidates within the system, and easy integration with common email clients means that all interactions with candidates can be tracked.
