Lanteria HR is a full Microsoft SharePoint-based human resources (HR) suite suited for small and midsized businesses in all industries. It features modules for time and attendance, recruiting, compensation, succession planning and more to facilitate and automate the entire HR management cycle.

This sytem includes a central employee database and self-service functionality so HR departments, managers and employees can collaborate on key processes and view the information most relevant to them.

Flexible search and filtering capabilities allow HR departments and managers to locate employee information. Centralized document and file storage ensures every employee card includes contact details plus information related to performance, learning records, absences and more. Users also have access to automated organizational charts to visualize structural needs and change. A custom report builder in every module allows users to view more tailored data.

Lanteria HR can be purchased as a Web-based or on-premise system, though on-premise buyers require Microsoft SharePoint to run the software.
