myHRpartner is a cloud-based human resources (HR) solution that is dedicated to small to midsize businesses but can be scaled for growth up to any size.

Day-to-day operations can be managed by myHRpartner. Users can monitor and manage absences on a company or individual basis to identify behavior patterns. Disciplinary or grievance documentation can be tracked from a central location.

Performance management is also available on myHRpartner. All of this information is stored alongside an active employee directory.

myHRpartner can aid with storing and disseminating policy and procedure information, as well as delivering employees reminders regarding critical dates. Training histories are maintained and unique criteria can be created for evaluating skill sets for particular roles. myHRpartner’s built-in report writer can be used to produce a wide range of reports.

Permissions can be managed on an individual basis for users running the system and employees accessing it. myHRpartner is available per user per month.
