Sirenum Staff Management Platform is a Web-based solution specializing in large-scale staff scheduling for teams in regulated industries. Along with employee scheduling, Sirenum also features modules for core human resources (HR) needs like personnel tracking, payroll and time and attendance, along with onboarding, workforce analytics and more.

As an administrator in my place of work and someone who needs to have access all hours, it's a massive disappointment that I can not alter or adjust people's rosters on an iPhone/ Ipad.
Works fine on android but worthless to admins with IOS

Despite some initial hic ups to start with, I have personally found Sirenum to be an excellent platform. Although we are still doing some work around the platform as a whole, it still offers much of what we need to manage our workforce.

Geolocation of staff clocking in and out is a critical for our clients. Through Sirenum we can easily produce reports that we can share with our clients to show staff location. This was a feature that we have not found in any other software.
Working in the railway we have many industry rules on staff working hours. Sirenum stores all rules and flags up any shifts we roster that break the rules.
With an industry with ever changing rules, Sirenum support is great at changing the conditions!

I've been using Sirenum at my workplace, where we manage several hundred employees on a daily basis. We have the system set up so that it alerts us when an employee would breach visa conditions, health and safety conditions, or company regulations - and it shows up right on the scheduling page the moment I save the shift.
Sirenum also has time and attendance, which is verified by the GPS of our employees' phones. This obviously comes in handy whenever we have a dispute over whether or not an employee showed up for work on time.
Finally, we then take all the information from Sirenum and export it straight into Sage. For hundreds of staff, we only need one person to export, review, and import the results once a week.
