COMET Software


LINTECH Software’s COMET, which stands for computerized medical technologies, is an integrated set of applications for Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) communities. These applications are grouped into suites that can be combined or purchased separately.

The COMET Clinical/EMR Suite can be used to chart and document patient care. It includes applications for point-of-care data entry, Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, care planning, medications management and more. Applications within COMET’s Financial & Administrative Services Suite, meanwhile, include those for payroll, staff scheduling, accounts payable and human resources.

The COMET Resident/Patient Account Suite has applications for accounts receivable, billing, ancillary charge capture and resident/patient trust funds. Finally, the COMET Resident Information & Census Suite has modules that automate the resident pre-admission process and displays a facility's real-time census information, such as which resident is in which bed.

COMET solutions are available for both Web-based and on-premise deployment.
