It is easy to add new residents when they are moving in, and create care plans for them. Security settings seem good. When there are issues, the customer support team is easy to contact and they seem very willing to help try to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Cons: Changes are made often, probably trying to improve the product, but along with the changes seem to come glitches at times or parts that stop working until we do a ticket to have it looked at. I was able to train myself on how to use it, however I know there is probably more that is can do and I am not utilizing it to full potential. Cons: The MAR is not user friendly. I have reported issues with med times being back dated to ECP with no resolution and it is still causing issues. Scheduling tasks is confusing for new staff. Need more access to in-depth online training so upper admin can really utilize ECP for all it can do.
