SimpleMDS can be used to submit federally mandated clinical assessment data for Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facilities involving the Minimum Data Set (MDS). Users can refer to a visual workflow-progress bar that tracks the upload, transmission and final validation stages for each MDS batch. Important files are automatically uploaded or manually transmitted to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services upon completion. SimpleMDS can be purchased as a stand-alone solution or combined with SimpleAnalyzer and/or SimpleCFS.
SimpleAnalyzer is used to optimize universal billing (UB) forms to minimize suspended or denied claims. Financial UB and clinical MDS files are synced to alert users to potential problems, inconsistencies and missing documentation. Once the UB form is created, it can be uploaded automatically or manually for in-program assessment. This product is only sold in conjunction with SimpleMDS.
SimpleCFS is used by more than 70 percent of Texas facilities to automate state-specific Medicaid forms processes. It provides a simple dashboard view of residents and facilities while organizing Medicaid Eligibiity Service Authorization Verification (MESAV) data. SimpleCFS is sold as a stand-alone product.
