The interface to finacials with auto replication. It's up to date with legislation.

Likes Least

The help desk is front end only. The expectation of self-installation is unreasonable.

Recommendations

Be aware that self install and train the trainer are expectations of Epicor. This places a load on future upgrades.

Ease with which I am able to submit queries. They reply with great celerity.

The user interface is not ideal and is sometimes buggy. There are problems that take long to be resolved.
