This system includes a number of features designed to specifically help retailers profit from selling furniture and appliances. Genesis Advantage is offered in a modular fashion anchored by an inventory management system which includes POS, delivery scheduling, barcode printing, and scanning. The inventory management features include the ability to manage stock levels and reordering, and special order tracking. When sales invoices entered and printed, the system automatically tracks commissions on both a written and delivered basis. Genesis Advantage also includes the ability to print price tags directly from the main application. The Manager’s Dashboard collects all vital information on one screen and allows it to be either printed or exported to Excel. Along with Open to Buy forecasting, retailers can use the inventory management features in Genesis Advantage to reduce overstock and maximize profit.

The accounts receivable application includes options for revolving and installment credit management to assist retailers that wish to offer extended payment plans. All accounting functions including general ledger, AP, and payroll are available as modules or a complete suite.
