It's fairly simple and user-friendly. Also, the ability to be connect remotely is very helpful.
It lacks some analytic capabilities. I believe we do this outside of the system.
I think potential users will have to evaluate this thinking about the needs of their business and make sure they get the right information they are looking for. Also, training a in-house trainer is critical.
