The vendor is there is help assist in your setup and initial training. If you have problems or questions after the initial training, they are very willing to continue assistance until you have a better understanding.
So far there is nothing I have found in the program that I do not like. It is very adaptable and versatile to change, when certain circumstances or sales arise that are not in the initial setup.
Make sure you provide accurate spreadsheets and data to the team for them to load data into the software for you prior to opening the business. To load it in afterwards is a bit tedious if you have lots of inventory with different data (e.g., wines, liquor, etc). To start with a full setup is much easier than to load as you go along. It's user-friendly. They have good tech support. I'm able to install the back office on multiple devices for remote access.
I wish there were a faster way to input inventory (e.g., data collector or scanner capabilities for back office).
