StoreMaster Point of Sale is a Retail system designed specifically for retailers selling apparel and fashion. Integrated and full-featured applications for Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Customer Management, and e-Commerce give retailers the tools they need to manage business easily – all using Microsoft SQL Server and .Net technologies.  

StoreMaster’s Point of Sale application has many useful features. It can complete special orders with a down payment, process multiple payments, create purchase orders from a sales order, and more. 

High Speed Integrated Credit Card processing goes beyond PCI compliance; no card data is stored in the system. StoreMaster POS can also sell, process, and void gift cards and support customer loyalty programs and VIP cards. The POS stations can run in offline mode, and since they’re independent of the back office computer, credit card processing and other functions will operate even if the back office computer is offline – no need to worry about data loss. 

We really like StoreMaster POS’s highly-developed Business Intelligence tools. It comes loaded with over 250 reports out of the box, or retailers can modify or construct reports themselves using Business Intelligence module. Results (from reports or business intelligence) can be exported into pretty much any format, and features like pivot tables, OLAP Data Mining, and Cross-tab reporting empower retailers to identify and solve the unique needs of their business without an overly complex and cumbersome solution.

I really didn't understand this product

I really didn't understand this product. I tried it out and couldn't figure out how to apply it to my business. I've opted to go with a product that I understand better.

As a cashier, what I liked the most about this product is when combined with a touch screen monitor, I am able to enter in my customer's order and print receipts very quickly. This lets me be more efficient at my job, and gives me more time to focus on other tasks such as answering calls and taking orders over the phone.

Likes Least

The product's interface is a little overwhelming at first, and can take some time to learn and get used to.

Recommendations

When evaluating this software, the evaluator should focus on how the software helps them in their specific line of work.

Simple to use and ease of install. Receipts and all your order information goes directly to a universal system and has multiple receipt options.

Nothing to dislike about this product, there are a ton of different companies that do POS sales so you might be able to compare.

Recommendations

Take a look at other systems as well, and find the right one that fits your company or organization.

I really like that I can call and talk to someone if I have questions. I was able to purchase the bundle and love it.

I don't like that when putting in new inventory, you have to go to more than one tab.
