Easy to use scanning software for my Fujitsu scanner. The character recognition software was fabulous made almost no mistakes.

Powerful OCR that integrates with scanning hardware and workflows.

The ability to extract to Excel was my main requirement. This makes it quite easy although its not perfect.

No matter what kind of document a client gives me, ABBYY is the best software I've experienced for getting accurate word counts and deciphering  text.

The biggest problem this software product have is a price. Also marketing/promotional reasoning about it is so lame.

I like the most with abbyy is that the functionalty. I scan the pages with its OCR function and i loved the watermarking of it.

I like the fact that FineReader has a lot of available languages and a large set of functions that make it easy to perform text recognition. Integration with large cloud services works well.

The 14th version of the program does not work correctly: the automatic brightness adjustment broke, the document opens on the second attempt, the contrast change function disappears.

The product is pretty good other than missing functionality. Customer service is unresponsive.

The software is fantastic in its ability to quickly and, most importantly, with accuracy, covert PDF files for optical character reading (OCR).

I've used ABBYY for almost 15 years, it's been very good at develloping through time. I wouldn't change it for any other OCR app.

I am pleased with the program, but it can be done better.

ABBYY FineReader is a leader in OCR software and that means that their OCR is the best. It can perform character recognition in any language.

Rolling this our on an enterprise scale and keeping it up to date is harder than the Adobe version. The cost savings I believe outweighs this problem.

I like the versatility and ease of use. It handles so many languages, fonts, etc.

Exporting files is also made easier by the software, which is great for those documents that require multiple signatures.

ABBY Fine Reader PDF,  is a market leader in its category, nothing matches it, it is a superb intuitive software that has makes PDF document conversion and manipulation to easy.

Having said that some of the pdf files were not that clear so I was asking a lot. It is the best I have seen for the price.

It's been reliable throughout and it's easy to use and save file in multiple formats.

There is integration with popular cloud services.

Abbyy does a good job here in the critical scanning factory.

Occasionally, the program makes very stupid mistakes, which require extra time to identify and eliminate. Slowly open some large files.

Good website and product support. Prices are also ot bad at all,  I like the idea of this product as well.

There will always be document parts which will be badly recognized and you'll have to update some parts of the content manually.

I love that this tool lets me convert reams of printed docs into softcopies that I can save and save in my PC.

I like the many available languages and a large number of functions that allow us to quickly recognize significant amounts of text. There is integration with popular cloud services.

Even though highly accurate, it was a pain to edit the  text and format it to match the original text formatting. Especially for text books, which have many pages with boxes and images.

I like the user interface quite a bit. It's so user-friendly - not surprising with how intuitive the functionality is.

The program used to be very bad. Auto brightness and a preview of the result did not work there.

The support was top notch. They worked with us for licensing.

Top-notch optical character and layout recognition, easy to use search, great conversion to documents.

The pricing model is good, not requiring a subscription.

ABBYY FineReader is much inferior to Adobe Acrobat Pro.

On any doubt their documentation is well organized and even if you can't solve your problem with it their support team are there to quickly help.

Overall positive experience. Most of the features that need to be built-in are, and the team is willing to help otherwise.

From beginning to end, the user experience is fantastic. And also this is pretty simple for a beginner to get started.

The solution is able to detect multiple languages at the same time with fantastic results.

But this platform has improved our users' onboarding experience, and we are happy to integrate it into our system.

It helps solve and automates my business processes. Also, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the business process.

The team was very responsive and worked closely with us to perfect and tailor the product to our specific needs.

Annotation is quite time consuming but I cannot think of a way this could be avoided other than using your paid annotation service. I think it is a necessity associated with the process.

Nanonets software approach made it easy for me to fully automate the conversion from PDF to normalized data we can quickly ingest.

Easy to use, UI friendly, non-developer can use this apps, can integrate into many API.

Production result – take advantage of this extra help. It'll save you time and the outcome (data) will be precise.

Unfortunately the price is a little bit on the steep end, but if it wasnt saving me money I wouldent be writing this review.

The system is easy of use and the molding process is pretty intuitive.

Sometimes it just stops working suddenly. Not facing these issues for some time.

The only problem was you need a high processing power computer.

I have very positive experience with Nanonets team. I think best in class in invoice data extraction.

Nanonets is very user friendly and comfortable software for data Industry, its much better than Microsoft cognitive service or AWS.

Smooth, with no major issues and have been doing great progress discovering all Nanonets can do.

The immediate benefit was to have the data exported (CSV) in a clean table layout that perfectly coordinated with the layout in its image form.

Nanonets is one of the best OCR software I have ever used. I like this platform the most because of its high accuracy models.

Once we customized the export with Nanonets it only takes a few short minutes daily to process. Once this is out of pilot, we will fully automate with no human touch needed.

I was not sure, whether Nanonets provides cloud services in european data centres.

If I were to nitpick, the one thing that strikes me is the difference in training time. One of my colleagues who has a Macbook, was able to train his model in half the time that my Laptop took.

Quickest and most accurate OCR annotation I've used to date, bonus points for their customer service.

Great customerservices, functional software and the integration was smooth.
