The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
The program has a very pleasant interface that is orderly and easy to work with. Entering customer is data is both easy to enter and then subsequently to access.
Cons
I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.

Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.
It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).
Cons
What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.
The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.
