Bitrix24 is very friendly user overall and the basic features are really useful that help teams collaborate and follow up on one another's role. The advanced features require further training.

Too many integration options and features in Bitrix24 can sometimes get confused.

They can not call you and you can't call them. So when you have an issue your screwed.

We got a great deal on Black Friday and they have so many integrations and so many products that you will never end discovering new features.

We used the software in a test environment for 3 months and had problems all along the way. Adoption from our team was minimal as the software was clunky to use.

What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.

It's by far the best platform on the market- we looked at over ten. Great for creatives; love the Adobe Creative Cloud integration.

It is a very good tool to do collaborative work, we like it because it focuses on improving communication and keeping everyone attentive and integrated into the projects.

Overall I am happy, just reduce the cost and the reporting section and we would have a winning software.

Zero cost entry into project collaboration and organisation. Wrike is more powerful than Asana here because it does more for a lot less.

I like that I am abke to track time, issue and cost spent on projects in real-time with Wrike.

The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.

There isn't really a feature in Wrike I'd like to highlight, I think they're all awesome.

There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.

I like the waterfall management interface of Wrike. It also has a comprehensive pricing charts and nice third party apps integrations.

The customer service was good with an employee doing an initial walkthrough.

I like the reports and timetables that we can cooperate on preparing, which are effective and accurately express the percentage of completion of the project.

Another thing I like is the easiest way that Wrike integrates with other tools or apps like google, word, and excel.

Creation of workflow/roadmaps is very user friendly. Preset/automated workflow for frequently repeated tasks is very helpful.
