I have several clients that I have signed up to use Receipt Bank and they are all satisfied. Customer service is better than their competitors.

I use the software for expense reimbursement. It can get annoying taking a picture then waiting till later in the day for it to get processed.

The source of the invoice which appeared in my payment list was a fishing scam. ReceiptBank refused to make any security improvements on the platform.

Clients can be confused about submitting multiple invoices by email. Doesn't split across classes/departments in basic product.

Also they really do not want you to contact support so its difficult. Its a great idea and works with QuickBooks once you can figure out how to set it up.

The company is really responsive to improving the product. Simplifies the Accounts Payable Process and saves a lot of time.

It combines multiple receipts into one entry, entirely in error. It fails to recognise the currency of the receipt.

The software is very capable at image recognition and determining exactly what was charged. It also does a good job of archiving said expenses.

What you will get back will be endless emails with can responses using the very faq pages which are useless.

WE like the extraction/invoice fetching ability. For the most part, the tax extraction is correct.

The fact that it uploads to QuickBooks and translates the image seemed positive. It does not allow you to add a duplicate entry which is great.

Company-wide this tool has allowed for the simplest tracking and collecting of receipts that we have utilized yet, we are excited to continue utilizing the tool.

Good Experience, It is very easy to use and to connect to the accounting system of your choice.

Tricky to set up, costly. Now there are other products with same functionality but cheaper.

This software has streamlined the ways clients supply paperwork to my practice. Clients are generally happy with using it and it is very intuitive.

Game changer for small businesses that still use the shoe box method. It is a very easy integration with Quickbooks online.

The interface is clear and user-friendly. The lack of mandatory expense reports is a big plus in my view.

It's great in that it integrates well with other software so you dont have to worry too much about compatibility.

They send me a link to sort it out, but the link went nowhere and ended in Oops, you've taken a wrong turn. Now they have stopped replying.

Dext is a great software to eliminate the need for keystrokes to enter data into accounting software.

I recommend to my accounting clients as a quick way to get their expenses recorded. Take a picture of the receipt with your phone and auto publish straight into Quickbooks.

Its easy to use, snap a picture and go that easy. Pretty good cost and sync with QuickBooks.

For me Quickbooks Desktop sync was tough and at the current moment after trying for 5hrs to get going not working.

Customer support was responsive and had a great attitude.

Receipt Bank is really a time saver software in term of keeping records of your expenses receipt. Moreover, its integration with accounting software like Xero is very useful.

The ability to upload your bills, receipts, invoices and bank statements from your phone makes it easy to work even out of office.

Some during processing its happens that wrong currency and tax code are mismatched, which leads to errors also in processing.

Dext is EXPENSIVE and now I have to pay double, when I asked to be upgraded (or refunded) right after I bought it.

Hard to contact customer service, when I have questions is hard to get in touch with them because they are located outside of the US.

They overcharged us by £2,500 and have refused to refund us.

One year contract - whether you drive value for money or not - you are dinged for $3600 annually - wow what an expensive lesson learned.

The ease of use, I can explain to clients how to use it easily.

VERY BAD, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. SALES TEAM SAID TECH SUPPORT WERE SUPERSTARS, THEY DON'T EXIST.

Good software but could be cheaper for smaller practices.

Ease of use is key here to minimise any further hassle from bookkeeping. RB is super easy to use, very quick to upload documents via the app or the desktop.

We already liked Dext, then recently found out about a new integration feature where it links with and fetches data directly from Amazon, Uber etc. to save another stage of manual work.

For accounting firms, the bundled pricing is a great value to share with your clients.

Sync with my software, wholesale pricing. Great system to be organized and save all receipts to maximize deductions.

We like that we can see at a glance on our dashboard what work we have assigned to us as it comes in and the appropriate staff check in the projects.

The staff are very helpful and always timely. The Invoice creation process was smooth and saved me a lot of time.

In viewing the project history, it is hard for me to follow the steps as the go from step to step.

This saves a lot of time and gives increased visibility into past billing. It still integrates with QBO and the invoices go in there.

I love having a centralized location for all my daily, monthly, and qtrly tasks. We can then break them down even further by different locations/departments.

Integration to our business was a pretty smooth process. Didn't take long to learn Firm360 because it is easy to use.

It is cost effective for small firms, and easy to use.

Nothing that I've seen yet other than the pain of changing software.

So far our experience with Firm 360 has been great.

I like the time and project tracking. It is very helpful with keeping up with the progress of the projects I am working with and I receive notices if additional info has been added to a project.

I love how everything is situated in one program. Its nice to have everything at my fingertips.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about this system yet.

This software is helping our employees know what they need to do and to stay on track and meet deadlines. It is helping our client data stay up to date and easily accessible to the whole firm.

Its a great tool that is easy to learn and navigate, and houses everything i need to run the work of my accounting practice.

One thing that I find I'm missing is the email function to be able to send and reply to emails.

Great tool for multi users to keep track of project management. Great utilization for clients portal and all staff to have access to help clients.

The addition of contacts to multiple clients can get messy. You have to know that a contact has been setup in order to access for another client.

The most difficult thing is having to change how you run your practice to incorporate the program.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about this software.

This product is very user friendly and easy to use. I love the project function of it and being able to keep up with tasks that need to be completed.

Great onboarding, customer service response is terrific, easy to use.

With the client numbering system, the clients are in no particular order so it makes my OCD go nuts when looking at the client list.

We're getting organized and everything straightened out like a big firm which will allow us to grow at a much faster pace with more control.

The time tracking by projected is great, and I love the ability to customize projects and tasks for specific clients without having to go back to Customer Service for help.

We have struggled to have an easy to use, easy to access with 2-factor authentication, and useful firm management system.

It is easy to navigate to client information quickly. The time management feature is also great to keep up with billable hours.

I looked for months for a solution that integrated time tracking, document management, and client task management in one solution.

Very happy with this sofware. It is a huge step above what we have used in the past and it is reasonably priced and offers excellent customer support.
