Keeping track of the emails is in itself hard work,  Pixie helps to manage it but there is no getting away from them.

The lack of a true client portal and the inability to add internal notes to tasks/workflows and emails.

I feel much more in control of everything and it was so easy and quick to set up. The support and help from the Pixie team has been amazing too and they are adding new features regularly.

Setting up jobs on the fly from emails is very useful and the email integration is wonderful,  nothing gets lost if you keep track of it all. Setting up workflows helps to keep jobs in mind.

I've also been delighted to see how it helps to cut through the clutter with email communications with clients, which is a real help to making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Setting up Pixie from the start was easy. Adding workflows and tasks is straightforward without having to go though any intensive training.

Previous systems have been over complicated in this area but in Pixie it takes very little time. There is no stress in setting up a basic workflow and then tweaking it as necessary.

Pixie are great to deal with, the support team are fab and come up with great ideas to how to set things up and customise things. It could really do with a FB group where users can swap ideas as well.

I have been really happy with Pixie and I now feel I have one comprehensive platform with everything I need in one place. I have all my workflows fully automated and I can trach deadlines easily.

Easy to set up and easy to use, but has enough detail to be useful. Really slick and the customer support is second to none.

Pixie's downfall compared to our previous software is its lack of dashboard to give me an overview of where we with everything.

I am very happy with this product because I have looked for many years for a tool like this.

So far a great experience. Tutorials with Matt Fox have been very helpful and still learning.

Very easy to use and love the fact you can customise as much as you want.

The emails in box are not the easiest to manage and the documents within the client areas can be messy if not attached to tasks.

Love the tasks/subtasks as I am a very task-oriented person. I appreciate the ability to make templates and the ease of making it all work together.

I love the email integration and client files. It makes it so much easier to ensure my team has all the information they need.

The lack of overall dashboard that can show me as business owner the status of all the resource and capacity in graphical form and may be with stats.

It's intuitive and easy to set up for all the workflows we need. Switching from an alternative software was quick and easy.

The best thing about Pixie is the simplicity of the interface.

We like that we can see at a glance on our dashboard what work we have assigned to us as it comes in and the appropriate staff check in the projects.

The staff are very helpful and always timely. The Invoice creation process was smooth and saved me a lot of time.

In viewing the project history, it is hard for me to follow the steps as the go from step to step.

This saves a lot of time and gives increased visibility into past billing. It still integrates with QBO and the invoices go in there.

I love having a centralized location for all my daily, monthly, and qtrly tasks. We can then break them down even further by different locations/departments.

Integration to our business was a pretty smooth process. Didn't take long to learn Firm360 because it is easy to use.

It is cost effective for small firms, and easy to use.

Nothing that I've seen yet other than the pain of changing software.

So far our experience with Firm 360 has been great.

I like the time and project tracking. It is very helpful with keeping up with the progress of the projects I am working with and I receive notices if additional info has been added to a project.

I love how everything is situated in one program. Its nice to have everything at my fingertips.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about this system yet.

This software is helping our employees know what they need to do and to stay on track and meet deadlines. It is helping our client data stay up to date and easily accessible to the whole firm.

Its a great tool that is easy to learn and navigate, and houses everything i need to run the work of my accounting practice.

One thing that I find I'm missing is the email function to be able to send and reply to emails.

Great tool for multi users to keep track of project management. Great utilization for clients portal and all staff to have access to help clients.

The addition of contacts to multiple clients can get messy. You have to know that a contact has been setup in order to access for another client.

The most difficult thing is having to change how you run your practice to incorporate the program.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about this software.

This product is very user friendly and easy to use. I love the project function of it and being able to keep up with tasks that need to be completed.

Great onboarding, customer service response is terrific, easy to use.

With the client numbering system, the clients are in no particular order so it makes my OCD go nuts when looking at the client list.

We're getting organized and everything straightened out like a big firm which will allow us to grow at a much faster pace with more control.

Our firm is still in the process of setting up our projects, but for what we have done, it is wonderful to have some organization for the company.

I like that you can navigate from place to place with links on the page.

The sync to QBO feature makes Firm 360 very easy to use for updating client data, adding new clients, and most especially billing.

The software is very easy to use and did not take a lot of time to learn.

And their customer support team is amazing. We ask for tweaks or adjustments, and the same day we get a response.

Firm360 is a great product because it provides you the features you need without adding so many options that the product becomes bloated and not user friendly.

We looked at many other similar products but they were either very costly or a lot of work to load data/ roll out/ learn. Firm 360 is the perfect solution.

The time tracking by projected is great, and I love the ability to customize projects and tasks for specific clients without having to go back to Customer Service for help.

We have struggled to have an easy to use, easy to access with 2-factor authentication, and useful firm management system.

It is easy to navigate to client information quickly. The time management feature is also great to keep up with billable hours.

I looked for months for a solution that integrated time tracking, document management, and client task management in one solution.

Very happy with this sofware. It is a huge step above what we have used in the past and it is reasonably priced and offers excellent customer support.
