Advanced plan is $99/mo ($79/mo if billed annually). It offers 5 workflows, up to 100 requests/mo, multi-step approvals, conditional rules, e-signed approval confirmations, and unlimited integrations. Pro plan is 199$/mo (159$/mo if billed annually) and includes 15 workflows, 250 requests/month and all the functionality of Advanced plan Enterprise plan includes all the functionality of the Advanced plan, PLUS has unlimited workflows, requests, custom integrations, and premium support. Great and affordable approval software

Very good and was able to be tailored to our needs. The occasional bug in the connections but overall has been pretty stable and any problems have been easily resolved.

PROS

It's incredibly versatile and doesn't try to fit your needs in a box. It's also very affordable.

CONS

It is a little tricky to set up as you want it.

A great tool to optimize expenses

Even during the first week after implementation, we felt the effect Approveit has on our expense control. Using it right in Slack was perfect, since we didn't have to introduce yet another workspace to our team. The expense approval process from decentralized and undocumented turned into a transparent streamlined process with a clear paper trail and no bottlenecks.

Thanks to Approveit, internal controls have been established.

Very good. From email approve from Approveit, we have archived the better control of approval process!!

PROS

Easy to select items necessary for creating work flows and it has a connectivity to other applications which broaden opportunities to make our business flow simple and effective.

CONS

So far I have not find it yet. But if I would say, it would be great if Approveit has a muticurrency functions ; We are using different currencies and need to convert it to Japanese Yen. Group manager can approve request up to 300,000 yen and amount above 300,000 yen goes to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for approval. Let's say, requestor enters 3,000 eur and submit a request. It has to be convered to 420,000 yen, which is a trigger for the system to judge whether to transfer report to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] after group manager's approval.As Approveit has no currency conversion functions, we are manually converting foreign currency amount to Japanese yen and enter it in request form.Another thing is that it would be great if there is a tax computation field.

Reason for choosing Approveit

Because of its easiness to structure work flow, super excellent customer support, and a good price.The point is that even if we do not have a software knowledge, it was easy for us to understand how it work and create workflow. The second is that Approveit has a good connection to Slack, thus it quickly became widely used to all employees.

A flexible and easy to use approvals solution

PROS

This software is powerful enough to handle all of our HR compliance requirements. It was very easy to set up, integrate into Slack, and configure workflows. Since it is integrated into Slack, all of the end users were able to start using it immediately with minimal training. A huge advantage vs a standalone approvals solution.

CONS

There were a few workflows that were originally not supported, but the product's developers were super responsive and developed our requests quickly.

Easy to implement and adjust along with scale

Great!

PROS

Easy to use since it is directly integrated with slack! We can also use third party integration to send the results to other softwares.

CONS

Need more complex approval mechanism, e.g. one that enables layered approval for certain threshold

What a great product

PROS

We love the way Approveit works within Slack, Its help us streamline our PTO and Expense requests. The support is amazing they seem to respond very quickly and were very helpful with the setup process.

CONS

There is a learning curve with the setup that would be expected.

"An excellent, flexible and intuitive workflow management tool that just works!"

PROS

- Intuitive no-code product that is easy to use - Fantastic support during implementation - Conditional logic enables complex processes to be triaged effectively - Flexible forms that can be triggered from within Slack or via webforms - Integrates well within Slack - Exceptionally responsive development team - Robust infrastructure with zero down-time

CONS

Not much to dislike, as most issues are resolved within hours and new feature requests are considered with the end user in mind.
