  • Pros

  • With the number of tags we've purchased in the last couple of years, we have yet to pay for Asset Tiger. Customer service is very respective to suggestions and quick to respond.
  • The ease of set up from the ground up. We did not have any asset tracking prior to finding this software and it has been great.
  • Cons

  • Also having to close with an X the product updated it awful. It should go away not linger there.
  • It's a pain to locate my items. I can completely fill out everything in my columns and nothing appears in my search.

  • Easy track and save money for employer and employee on travel and utilities expenses. Easily submit receipts for reimbursements.
  • EASY ACCESS AND VERY USER FRIENDLY. It is the best software on the market.
  • Cons

  • Additional hidden costs, lack of integration with other tools and applications. Sometimes felt the product to be slow.
  • And if your organization has put in confusing policies/rules (or just not implemented them all the way) you can run into some roadblocks.
