Super easy to set up and use. Love it

Clear understanding of my finance which allows me to better navigate my business and my decisions.

Pros

Makes it super easy to understand my finance and act upon the data. Taking care of finance was a thing I refrained from and now I have full grasp on things.

Cons

Nothing much I can say here. I really enjoy this product. It made a big difference in my business, I am now more aware and can act accordingly.

Customer Service Can't Be Beat

During this pandemic we have been able to have multiple scenarios to help navigate the unknowns as far as what our sales may or may not look like along with the impact of lower payroll or lower overhead.

Pros

The software works wonderfully with our QBO system and I think the best thing to point out is the number of scenarios you can have. That feature really helps us plan for the unstable environment we have found ourselves in during this pandemic. The customer service is beyond any service I have received elsewhere. In any capacity. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team are phenomenal.

Cons

I feel a more customizable reporting component would truly set this software above the rest.

Lite Cashflow Management

Pros

It saves time on entry because the software connects and automatically draws from quickbooks online.

Cons

Very limited information about how best to use or set-up the software. Also very confusing how to access account information for billing/client billing.

Fantastic Transparency into Cash for QBO Users

Very positive

Pros

It used to take me days to build cash waterfall analysis, toggling between QBO, Bill.com, Credit Card statements, and other docs. Cash Flow Frog cut that down to a few hours. Additionally the customer support is fantastic and any time I've had an issue they've been really responsive.

Cons

Very little, and what issues I have had generally get solved in a few hours.
