Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use! I would recommend this to everyone!

  • Really easy to use, GREAT support, excellent service.

  • Cons

  • There's not much I don't like about it, but sometimes Certify will guess what expense category something belongs in, but it is often wrong (I just ignore it, so it's not a huge problem).

  • Lots of drop downs that don't pertain to my needs but might be of use to others in my company. This can be a bit confusing at times but still easy to use regardless.

  • Pros

  • Simplicity. Clarity. Great Service. Helpful and engaging people.

  • - Well-designed - User-friendly - Cloud/web-based - Easy invoicing features - Automated payroll integration - Good value for money

  • Cons

  • Needs more add-ons however when you raise an issue with ClearBooks staff they usually respond quickly so I would expect to see some more soon

  • The document templates can be difficult to tailor to your own requirements - however, the support team is amazing.
