  • Pros

  • The notification options for both end-users and administrators are a handy feature, and the ability to customize these notifications is wonderful.
  • Stable, functional, has all the features and options we need. When we have questions or problems, customer service is extremely good - fast, very knowledgeable, very friendly.
  • Cons

  • My team is notorious for forgetting to check in equipment for sometimes weeks. So if the equipment was only used for a week, on Cheqroom it appears that the equipment is booked out for 2 weeks.
  • The label printing doesn't have templates for a lot of every labels, and it's a bit awkward to print them manually.

  • Very intuitive and easy to use. Perfect software for us to manage the time reporting for our Customer Solutions departments.
  • It is very user friendly. Running different types of reports help us keep track of the hours on each project.
  • Cons

  • Difficult figuring out administrative features.
  • I could not integrate this with our budgeting software, so had to run a report for each and use Excel to do comparisons. I found the report library and search functions a pain to use.
