  • Pros

  • In the fast pace world we are in and everyone needing help "now", the turn around time from call to help is minimal. Everyone at Cougar Mt is so dedicated to helping you solve your issue.
  • The Support Staff is outstanding. Every time I have needed them they have solved the problem or answered my question successfully.
  • The initial set-up of the information was easy, and once the system was up and running, I was thrilled with the results and the detailed reports.
  • Cons

  • Because we are charged for all support calls, we hesitate to continue to complain, so we're making it work as is. If I had it all to do over again, I would probably look elsewhere.
  • They have messed up our Customer notes and can not fix so now we really have a mess. When I ask a question, I am told they can not answer that and they don't know why the reports look the way they do.
  • They have poor customer service for an even worse product. Issues regularly and no resolve.

  • Extremely effective and good approach to collections and accounts receivable. Supports snail mailing along with emailing, critical in the collections processes.
  • The ease of use of the online platform. It is super easy to navigate through the menus and accept payment.
  • Their crew is awesome to work for. They take care of any issue that arises in most cases same day.
  • Cons

  • The fact that when issues are refunded they are not reflected in the invoice. This can be confusing for clients and make reconciling and year end statements challenging.
  • The invoice format that contains the statement info seems to be a little confusing to customers. We have seen some over payments or duplicate payments.
  • We have a small company and had struggled with an old version of Quick Books that was totally inflexible for our company's unique requirements and business model.
