Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the functionality and design. Very easy to use. Great customer service as well.

  • Easy to use and very user friendly. Support team is great and very helpful/quick to respond.

  • Cons

  • The accounting portion of the software integrates well, especially with trust accounting. However, the actual accounting side is clunky and harder to use than alternatives such as Quickbooks.

  • Sometimes a little hard to use some of the features, but they are always listening to feature requests.

  • Pros

  • SO easy to use. I love that I can input my receipts as they are produced. Its saved me so much time every month doing my expenses and returns. It also integrates with my Zoho mail

  • The receipt scanning is quick and accurate. The drag and drop functions are nice for uploading receipts. The app is fairly light and easy to use as well.

  • Cons

  • Some feature might be missing BUT as this is not a standaline product but works very well with other zoho products, Zoho Expense is indispenable to our company

  • I can honestly say I have yet to find a "con" in this software. Both the desktop version and mobile version work seamlessly.
