It would make a one stop location to have all the information in one place compared to opening up other tabs to trying to locate your balances.

My experience with Costpoint has been a very positive experience. The customer support is always very efficient and helpful with any bump in the road I have ever encountered.

Reporting Feature a little difficult for me to manage.

I have to back out 30 PR's right now but wanted to say how absolutely awful this software is.

It has been interesting to use Costpoint as an MRP system in our business, with the learning curve we are slowly adjusting, but enjoying the software.

Easy of use and love the ability to copy into excel. So much easier now than in the old  CP versions.

The system takes a long time to learn and is difficult to navigate.

Deltek has a very good customer support, they are excellent in providing for defense organizations needs. Their consultants are very knowledgeable and well trained.

Very easy to use and easy to learn’ very robust system from the beginning of a project all the way to the end.

And then there's the Expense module in costpoint, oh my. I have no idea what I'm looking at sometimes.

I like the display for the calendar, it is easy to add a new line for additional hours billed and keep track all hours. I also think it is easy to navigate the branching time charge.

Easy to track your hours worked and if they were approved or not. Also the feature of used/unused leave balance is really helpful.

Click on random looking glass icon or square faded blue icons and search, leave codes -- search through layered menus and then figure out what to add.

Lack of direct integration of Time & Expense. Very expensive Deltek consulting, with a one-day (8-hour minimum charge).

My review is from an administration standpoint. When I first started supporting this software, the support from Deltek was less than amazing.

I like that is it integrated with slack. It makes requesting a card so easy.

Solid for recurring expenses, but there are better options out there.

It's a great tool to request budget and purchase online.

While I am still exploring how to use this software, I am fairly confident that I will be able to use this to make my business run more smoothly. This has been a learning experience.

Slack integration, and how easy it is for employees to submit an expense.

Quick and easy to setup, pretty seamless once you've tried it a few times.

Excellent service and great product for a company our size with many different types of expenses.

I love that I get to see all of our credit card spend in real-time through slack notifications. It gives me great visibility into who is spending what and when.

We wanted to help our team purchase the products they need while keeping track of everything and Teamppay does a good job of it. Problem is their competitors are able to offer additional value.

The lack of monthly statements makes it a bit difficult to reconcile the account during our month end close.

The best part about TeamPay is expensing monthly subscriptions and that when the slack integration works it can be smooth as butter.

My overall experience with them has been great. The customer service is very helpful.

As an AP Manager, here at The Bouqs Company, this tool has saves us plenty of time and money. Amazing speedy way of giving employees credit cards through an approval process.

It does not have very basic functionalities and implementation vs sales is very different. I start thinking that this company is scam, since how can you miss the most important functionalities.

Teampay is super easy to use and has cut our monthly spend by more than 50. Expense reports are turned in on time, its easy to upload receipts.

This tool is amazing and every company should be using it. I have never used a more efficient accounting approval and purchase tool.

The Slack integration is a very cool and user friendly way for users to request additional recurring billing software.

There are a few weird tech issues I have experienced.

The fact that they dont give us credit, and rather we pay them in advance to be able to use their product.

The platform is at a constant improving, they take customer feedback into consideration on improving the software.

Unfortunately, I've gotten frustrated a handful of times and just given up because I couldn't figure out how to tell the bot what I needed.

Customer support team is good and trying to grow the product as they are a small company.

It consistently has broken and at the feature level (mandatory fields do not populate, syncing with Netsuite breaks down etc.).

Experience was good and was satisfied while using it.

They do not provide credit unlike competitiors Divvy and Brex which really impacts the value. Also our Slack integration broke and it was very difficult to get it back up and running.

The cash back on all purchases is amazing. Implementation was easy and the spend management control is beyond anything I have seen.

Nimble and flexible tool, but quite expensive for what it is.

It is difficult to find sone of the features. I guess it will take some time to get used to it.

Integration with SVB is a pain, mostly due to SVB themselves... the paperwork never ends. There are some blind spots, e.g. payments that are refunded are hard/impossible to find on Teampay.
