  • Pros

  • I love all of the reporting options and the ease at which I can get the information I need. Also love the way I can customize info centers to collect and use the information I want.
  • The team from deltek was excellent during our migration in 2014 and they continue to provide excellent support when we have questions or need to tune the application settings.
  • We like the ability to design and add things that are important to us, we like the reporting flexibility.
  • Cons

  • Reporting function is extremely difficult to navigate. Generally terrible interface.
  • Reporting performance is awful. We have had a consultant come out at least twice for an overall health check and recommendations and in my opinion we did not get a lot of value from this.
  • Maybe this is by design, but it is too costly to keep doing this.

  • When i took over the payroll, I was amazed how easy it was using Sage. It has saved me a lot of time and money and made me more confident.
  • Everything is taken care of and the support team are amazing. It's also simple to grant access to your Accountant, who can then do whatever that need to when it's your year end etc.
  • The ability to integrate with other Sage solutions was great. We had some other 3rd party solutions which needed to be integrated and the ISV already had integration points available.
  • Cons

  • Then I asked can you send me the report, the answer was YOU CAN PAY FOR A MONTH AND THEN CANCEL.
  • First of all i had no accounting software, no quoting and invoicing software.
  • The overall cost and pay-as-you-go customer service aspect were both negative aspects.
