While I am still in the transition phase of navigating around in the system and getting historical data imported; I do like the point and click simplicity of a windows type application.

I feel Docyt is very friendly, it helps you to stay organized and once you learn it you can use it to automate many of your manual processes.

Customer service is great, platform is easy to use.

I love Docyt, You can process thousands of transaction in a shorter period of time after you can fully customize your system.

Dealing with offshore resources is not ideal. Phone/Google Connections are not clear and it is difficult to understand resources most often.

The expense tracking feature is of great use in tracking and controlling the expenses , It has best automate workflow system.

I like how easy it is to enter expenses and I LOVE the connectivity to my bank account and credit card accounts to pull everything in automatically.

There is a time delay when asking a question, because most of their personnel are overseas (I think). Ask a question today and get a reply the next day.

Cost Thus is our first use of a system but it’s costly.

When I have had questions and concerns, they answer them quickly. They are improving and fine tuning their services all the time.

It's pretty easy to use and look up accounts payable items. The tech support team is on top of it.

I love that invoice data gets filled out and I need to do is proof and add any additional information.

We were able to provide the teams with Excel spreadsheets of how we wanted the back end of the system to be set up and they were able to accommodate. The sync with Intacct is also awesome.

Ease of use and nice dashboard to approve invoices. Pretty simple to follow and great feature to ask colleagues questions.

I love how easy and efficient Stampli has made out A/P process. It has cut back 80% of our processing time and significantly improved our accuracy.

So the software works really well, but it could use some improvements. Approval chain and review of invoices and being able to send back to coder is not intuitive and causes a lot of manual work.

The approval process is not only efficient but also highly accurate, with the added benefit of a feedback section that enhances accountability.

The customer support is outstanding, and our feedback is valued. The cost of the product was much lower than we anticipated for a solution that was much needed.

Their staff is responsive and if they don't have a current solution look for ways to adapt their software to meet your needs.

It's hard to delete an invoice from the system as a user if there is an error or duplicate.

We were easily able to integrate the Stampli system into our organization without having to change our existing AP process. Thanks to Stampli We have become a company free of unnecessary paperwork.

Good but the credit memos are horrible and very time consuming.

Being able to track where an invoice is with every step being recorded from the moment it is put into the system is great.

Sometimes the system reads some information wrong, so all of the automatically entered information needs to be checked to make sure it is correct.

Some of the approving, authorizing payment, etc can be confusing to learn.

Emailing and recording invoices with Stampli is wonderful. This lets us approve bills, get approvals, and add them to the records without waiting for the physical copy, which can take days or weeks.

The trial period had limited access to the functions of the software making it difficult to determine if it really met our needs.

Implementation process takes minutes, training is provided by the vendor, we have received a great feedback fro internal and external people and the customer service is very efficient.

Integration was easy and we haven't had any problems with this software.

So, adaptability is what I like most about this software. Close second is the customer service.

I have not always been able to approve invoices from my phone, but have heard others in the office were able to so not sure the issue I have with mine.

It is extremely user friendly and the customer support is fantastic.

Overall experience with Stampli is Awesome. I recommend for all small to big size company.

Sometimes the auto-population is wrong if the vendors being used are similar style invoices.
