  • Pros

  • What I love most is the standby customer service– it's really been helpful and effective.
  • I like that the platform has robust security measures, such as data encryption and secure access, which gives us peace of mind in terms of protecting sensitive information.
  • The first thing is that the software is very easy to use, but the most important thing is that its functionality helps me save time and money.
  • Cons

  • I was frustrated when I was struggling to keep track of business. I didn't quite understand what I needed to do.
  • The downside of FreshBooks is that there is no possibility of merging contacts while duplicates are repeated when Freshbooks connects to another platform e.g. Hubspot.
  • There are a few features missing in the software compared to the other softwares.

  • We were very hopeful that this would be a great overall solution for our invoice and billing.
  • I like the simplicity, the ability to customize and their customer service is very responsive.
  • Invoice2Go has a lot of beautiful invoice templates, and a good amount of ways to customize those templates to your liking to great something to be proud of.
  • Cons

  • The cost of this software and the poor communication of the staff. We are really busy as everyone and when the software renewed it had jumped in price.
  • Tough to update and make changes to clients creates multiple entries not templates to work off of. Arrangement of past invoices seems odd.
  • There is no Financial year options, and rather than just show your report when you run it, it tries to send it via email.
