At just $7.60 per month for the first 6 months, it provides the essential tools needed to streamline invoicing and expense tracking. As the business grows, upgrading to the Plus Plan unlocks additional features such as recurring invoices and client retainers. - Established businesses with a larger client base will find the Premium Plan to be a more suitable option. Unlimited invoicing and advanced features such as project profitability tracking justify the higher price point. With custom pricing, exclusive support, and perks such as reduced transaction fees, it provides the white-glove service that larger businesses often require. The inclusion of two team member accounts and the option to remove FreshBooks branding further enhance the value proposition. Functionality

Pros:

Freshbooks was a tool I initially used for billing clients when I was first growing my business. It was easy to send links to clients and they were able to pay online. It was relatively affordable for what I was using it for. I liked that it generated yearly forms for my earnings and showed me what I earned month to month. It was clean and easy to navigate. I also liked that it tracks expenses for me and I can link my cards to it to automatically track. I wish I could have had more clients for the price I was paying

Cons:

I wish I could've saved clients' CC info and ran billing myself as opposed to having to send a link to clients to get them to sign in and pay. This made it harder to make sure everyone paid on time.

Reasons for choosing FreshBooks

It was more affordable and initially contained the tools I needed

Overall I really enjoy FreshBooks. I will continue to use it for my small business. It fits my current needs. Though as I scale up, it may start to show its weaknesses towards larger focused businesses.

Pros:

I use freshbooks to generate invoices and collect online payments for my small business. It’s incredibly easy to use and didn’t take long to learn. I was able to get up and running quickly. My clients have also responded positively to it and appreciate how clean and professional the invoices look. They’ve mentioned that the format is straightforward and easy to understand, which makes the whole payment process smoother.

Cons:

I've had a few issues with utilizing the reporting metrics. Some reports lack detailed reporting metrics. The workflows for accounting reports can feel a bit restricted at times.

This expense tool finally made the financial aspect of teaching manageable.

I am running a small language school, which means that I am teaching and administering, at the same time. FreshBooks helps maintain my billing, my expenses and my cash flow without having to hire an accountant to answer every question. Its interface is friendly such that I never feel out of my element even on the financial front.

Functionality

Pros:

Student payments become tracked and expenses are contained and do not accrue at the end of each month. With FreshBooks, I can now genuinely keep track of that whole process without fear of it.

Cons:

Experienced two instances of annoying sync bug in transaction management in a quarter. In a small education facility where each payment counts, the unwarranted variances cause one to be anxious.
