Growfin brings everything about receivables on a single dashboard including the latest transactions and invoices. It helped us save time spent on collection-related activities. Back-and-forth communication with the finance team to know customer status regarding payment has reduced a lot after using Growfin. I can make out quickly what needs to be focussed immediately for any transaction or any specific account.

A suggestion tab could be provided to give more insights on what to pick up urgently. Not sure if this is currently customizable

Good tool to manage day to day receivable activities

Sometime, data sync takes time, but not a major issue that affect in day to day operation.

First of all, the company didn't show up for our scheduled meeting at 1 AM Pacific Coast time as they do not hold US-based support or sales hours. I then sent the company a message only to have someone respond 15 minutes later that they would be right with me. One of their main guys comes on the screen only to tell me a bunch of nonsense, how this demo call was really not a demo as it will take him 48 hours to create a demo. He was more concerned about how much my company makes annually than telling me about the software. He could not provide me with a demo or anything to show that this company was, in fact, real. To be honest, the whole experience, from the lack of security on the website, the unprofessional sales office, the list goes on and on of why I would not trust this outfit for any reason, let alone my financials!

There is nothing that comes to my mind currently. I don't see many downsides with Growfin.

Growfin is extremely easy to use and with the provided automation we are able to focus on more demanding tasks at hand.

Because we are in an early stage with Growfin there are times where we run into small cosmetic issues that need to be resolved through an update.

The tool helped me to focus on receivable which should be given priority and which account needs to be stopped for services and is an easy to use which provides the focus on more demanding tasks.

There's nothing I came up with the downside of Growfin as of now.
