Time saved is money saved or collected

The automated correspondence and worklist tracking allows for focused collections and maximized time and efforts. It is our credit application processor, cash posting tool, and collection assistant. With the aid of High Radius Integrated Receivables, we have been able to increase the speed of collections and positively impact cash flow. We have cut the time retrieving data to make credit decisions, and our cash posting integration is much more efficient.

Pros

Organization, efficient, ease of use. Using the cash applications, credit and collections modules has made the job of a credit specialist so much more efficient. Our team relies on the workflows to stay organized and address the accounts with greatest impact. Especially during 2020, it has made the transition to work remotely nearly seamless.

Cons

There are often upgrades or enhancements we are not able to see, or once requested, takes extreme amounts of time (6+ months) to implement these. We feel we are not getting full use of the system without these upgrades/enhancements. When some are implemented, no test parameters, and causes other areas of the program to fail.
