Maxifying AR

The rep was great! The demo was smooth and the company is transparent. I would highly recommend.

PROS

Maxify appears very user friendly. As a collections management software, it has all the features that would make the process efficient. With QuickBooks integration, it pulls in data and contact information to see it all in one place. I like the option to import from a spreadsheet for those who don’t use an accounting software. This would be a great tool for accountants to manage multiple clients/organizations in one application. Transparent pricing is important. Most other applications don’t make pricing visible on their websites.

There really isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Affective/Making Life 2X Easir

PROS

In Mayify, The Feature that I liked the most was the Blue Print for Automation. It's easy to create an Automation in the software, You have to use a premade template or create your own one.

CONS

Pricing, If you need it for more than one person I think it's costly, But still, you are getting value for money.
