Time and life saving!

Time saving! Everything that I've ever used all in one place working fully in sync, can't ask for more!

PROS

All features of Outseta I have been very familiar with for a long time, however, I was struggling to find a tool that implemented everything in one place. The team are absolutely brilliant and within the first two weeks, I had three meetings with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and every time he helped me with the whole tech side of the software but also a lot of advice about everything else even things not related to Outseta. The team are also on the ball constantly, so I never have to sit around waiting for a response. Thanks guys!

CONS

There has been a couple of bugs that I came in contact with, however, the team were on it and sorted it within a couple of hours.

A great software package for a startup

The Outseta team is very responsive to feature requests and bug reports. They have even added-in a feature I requested to allow a customer to securely enter their credit card info directly (rather than giving it to me over the phone).

PROS

The integration of subscription management billing + CRM + email marketing is the most compelling features for me. I've started to use the knowledge base functionality and Deals as well to track my prospects and help me scale support for my business. I also like the dashboards showing emails sent, click-thru rate, number of contacts and accounts.

CONS

As with any software there are occasional bugs. I found a few bugs in the email marketing scheduling, but the team responded and got things straightened out.

Potentially good, VERY BAD support

The worse i ever have with similar solutions, obviously is not running be professional employees, is manage for an owner with a big ego who see easier finish the business then help the customer.

PROS

The features, is really all you need for running a SAAS company

CONS

They don't know what they are doing, they recommend you integrations, you start the trial, and then they say don't know who to implemented, 24 hours of waiting for every single line of support, and because you don't like the attitude and say it they send you home with a web page in production, very professional right?

This review is nothing but vindictive, and I'm really disappointed to see Pablo turn what was an unproductive conversation into a personal attack on my competence and ego. After chatting with Pablo I recognized that Outseta wasn't going to be a good fit for him, so I recommended two competitive products that I thought would be; Chargebee and Rewardful. I was trying to be helpful, but he immediately became combative and sarcastic with me. He also called out our customer support responsiveness; I chatted with Pablo twice in 24 hours and we responded to the 1 support ticket he submitted. We did not respond to a chat in the middle of the night, while we were sleeping, which he seemed to take exception to. We are a small team and take customer support very seriously. We strive to (and do!) respond to all customer service requests within 24 hours. Unfortunately we didn't live up to Pablo's expectations, but we'd encourage anyone to try our support for themselves. -Geoff, Cofounder Outseta

Fantastic Support

PROS

I inherited Outseta and knew nothing about it but, I have found it fairly easy to pick up and learn to use. The Team are regularly updating the software to improve it. However, the thing I am most impressed with is the support I get from the guys at Outseta. Given the time difference (I'm in the UK), they do amazingly well at getting back to me with easy to understand answers and support. Without this I would have struggled!

I'd like to be able to customise more bits myself.

Outseta saved my company time and headaches

Outseta includes everything I need to launch and grow my SaaS company. Prior to discovering Outseta, I used to stitch together a series of software solutions that never quite integrated the way I needed them to. I found myself constantly tinkering with the software integrations every day just to try and keep everything up and running. With Outseta, I don't have to worry about API limits or data syncing errors because my customer data can all stay in one platform. It has freed up a lot of my time that I can now devote to improving my product.

PROS

Outseta has saved my company a ton of money without having to sacrifice functionality. Instead of paying for five different softwares to run my business, I get everything I need in one platform. This is the first product I have come across that feels like it was meant for a startup.

CONS

I really can not say anything negative about this platform. It has been for me a complete game-changer for me and my team.

A Small Business Owner's Dream

Being a small business, it can be a hassle to jump between 20 different apps and administering the account. Outseta really is an 'all in one' which focuses on the most important aspects of running a business. Integrates directly with Webflow, which saves us a Zap!

PROS

Love the way they manage to implement the most crucial and important aspects of running a business into one. + Very Affordable!

CONS

Missing iOS application, but looks like one is coming soon :)

Great tool for starting your SaaS business

Great onboarding experience.

PROS

Wish I knew about Outseta 4 years ago. It is an all-in-one tool for starting your SaaS business. I can definitely relate to the multiple tools and integrations that you have with other systems. The all-in-one is a huge perk. The onboarding experience was great as well.

CONS

Not sure if we've gotten here yet in the process, but I'm curious to see how this integrates with the data backend from your own platform where you store all of the data.

We can manage different types of tasks just with one tool. Everyone is on the same path and with this all in one tool I can start lean my business
