The team are also on the ball constantly, so I never have to sit around waiting for a response. Thanks guys! Reasons for switching to Outseta Expensive but effective Vendor Response This review is nothing but vindictive, and I'm really disappointed to see Pablo turn what was an unproductive conversation into a personal attack on my competence and ego. After chatting with Pablo I recognized that Outseta wasn't going to be a good fit for him, so I recommended two competitive products that I thought would be; Chargebee and Rewardful. I was trying to be helpful, but he immediately became combative and sarcastic with me. He also called out our customer support responsiveness; I chatted with Pablo twice in 24 hours and we responded to the 1 support ticket he submitted. We did not respond to a chat in the middle of the night, while we were sleeping, which he seemed to take exception to. We are a small team and take customer support very seriously. We strive to (and do!) respond to all customer service requests within 24 hours. They have even added-in a feature I requested to allow a customer to securely enter their credit card info directly (rather than giving it to me over the phone). I've started to use the knowledge base functionality and Deals as well to track my prospects and help me scale support for my business.
