Very difficult to set up, never used it, still got charged for three business for a year contact. Charging me thousands of dollars with no value.

There's no customable report that can be extracted. Only those built in the system.

Awesome, questions are answered quickly. Reporting is accurate and timely.

All in all we spend as much time trying to fix Plate IQ's mistakes as we are saving with it's features.

Other times items that are used regularly will lose their categorization, thus creating a situation where a user must keep reviewing each and every invoice for accuracy.

Runs real-time updates and automates wonderfully with accounting systems (Xero, QBO).

The biggest benefit of using Plate IQ is that it is saving our company money. Plate IQ continually processes invoices and payments even while you sleep.

I summarized some of this on the prior page. Overall customer support is weak due to a lack of training and timely responses.

I liked how user-friendly it was to search for the things I was looking for. Invoices/receipts things like that that I have multiples of.

I love how easy it is to upload and export invoices. The accuracy rate is very high and it makes the AP Process for us so easy and also saves us so much time.

This software is easy to use and speeds up the process of approving invoices.

This has turned a=out to be a great decision. THe time saved entering invoices as well as the ability to stop duplcates is fantastic.

Weak support, no PO system, vendor management is weak, approval policies are cumbersome.

The bill pay feature is still too slow and it takes a lot of time to get to the vendor.

My favorite feature is that you literally upload a document and then you are done. There is no extra information you have to fill out about the invoice that you're scanning.

We did this for our top 10 vendors and found that we had to spend hours adjusting the vendor names in Plate IQ as our purchases were split to multiple vendors.

I assume due to lack of staffing. I am concerned with a focus on revenue management that will take away work on fixing current issues.

User friendly, everyone has very little trouble using the system. Nice to be able to spend more time out of the office.

We settled for manually transcribing the data out of Plate IQ item-by-item and then building a report in Excel that could be manipulated better.

I like the accountability aspect of this software. Managers are responsible for uploading invoices, if one fails to upload it is easy to find and train the responsible manager.

That Plate IQ platform is able to handle multiple store locations as well as export to both QuickBooks and Chef Tec desktop software.

Great software to manage invoice, cost recipes in real time and manage inventory from your phone.

Invoice reading software makes multiple errors forcing you to reassign products on a daily basis. Even products that have been purchased on multiple occaisions.

Very intuitive, easy to use. Can read hand written edits on my invoices.

The setup and training are so easy, very user friendly. The time saved is also a great aspect to this software.

Another huge benefit is the accounting integration. Plate IQ transfers invoices and payments directly to your accounting software automatically.

AccuFund's support is exceptional and usually replies within 24 hours. The separate modules integrate with each other and are easily customized to the city's needs.

Once the software is installed and you get training on the modules. It becomes more user friendly.

I am very happy with our transition to AF after working in QB for over 30 years. The software fits our needs and I wish more United Ways could afford it.

My favorite feature is the ability to scan your own images on every type of entry, and the ability to create detailed organization accounts.

Filling in the time card is way more difficult than it needs to be.

The standard features of each of the modules provide a good framework for effective and efficient processing of transactions.

Very unforgiving of errors and not amenable to certain transactions. For instance, invoice cancellation does not release the receiving.

There are so many things that I love about this software program, the A/P module, the A/R module, the Payroll module, Loan tracking, the Requisition and Purchase Order system.

We have the accounting, purchasing, budget and fixed asset modules.

I am very happy with our decision to move to AccuFund. It is specific to non-profit accounting, and the company adheres to a continuous improvement philosophy.

Integration with Zoho and Expensify are seamless. Transition from QuickBooks was easy and the transition team is easy to work with.

Basic user interfaces which can be less have user interactions and too much features will caused to user to difficult to work and handle.

Please look at other accounting software and compare cost, functionality and support services.

It's not easy to fix your mistakes, your books you got it with the program not enough at all to understand the program, the service too expenses.
