Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Upgraded with no issues. Improved features. Great product. I would buy this product again. A must have for any landlord/property manager.

  • Fairly simple to use and has lots of features. I really like that I can make invoices as well. The reporting is well featured and intuitive.

  • Cons

  • The product could use more mobile friendly features. The product is missing ability to attach pictures, have tenants direct deposit, etc. Great value though!

  • While Quicken is great, I wish it had a feature that would allow me to be able to log on to a web-based version so I could make simultaneous updates with my assistant manager.

  • Pros

  • It has excellent job costing capabilities; I like the modify forms and the large choices of reports. Sage is excellent help on the phone when needed. The annual conference is awesome!

  • Easy to use and navigate from screen to screen. Has made our billing way more accurate and efficient.

  • Cons

  • There are some limitations that can't be done, but there are work around it as well. Quite a pricey software that needs support and maintenance as patches are occasionally needed

  • Report writer is a little hard to master. But it can be figured out and reports without a lot of detail can be figured out ease.
