- The ability to use Sage for small business as far as daily accounting, accounts payable and receivable is vey good. It offers a lot of other useful applications if you wish to grow.
- The ease in use of the program is a major factor for small business people who are not financially savvy. They can use the program without a huge learning curve.

- The software is quite difficult to use, training online is confusing, and a newbie would struggle in places.
- Horrible customer service. To support that statement: I've been on hold for 1 hour 43 minutes and I'm still on hold.
Pros
- The cost is very reasonable and the billing features save me and my assistant so much time. Customer service is outstanding.
- We have been using TimeSolv and it great. Easy to use, app is great for attorneys on the road, invoices easy to process.

- There seems to be a lack of necessary reports, especially an audit report.
- The duplicate process for entering a second time entry could be easier to use to avoid mistakes.
