Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It has excellent job costing capabilities; I like the modify forms and the large choices of reports. Sage is excellent help on the phone when needed. The annual conference is awesome!

  • Easy to learn Smooth flow from estimating budget to project cost control Just enough functions, nothing bloated. Good Value

  • Cons

  • There are some limitations that can't be done, but there are work around it as well. Quite a pricey software that needs support and maintenance as patches are occasionally needed

  • Navigation could be better, it is customizable, but still need to put in effort. No real field support, only good for office usage.

  • Pros

  • This is an awesome product for invoices. Prints come out looking very professional and clear. Zoho rocks!

  • I love the ease to generate a quote, either from the mobile application or from the PC, it is very good program, well customizable, it helps me with the programming of recurring invoices.

  • Cons

  • Not scalable for product for e-commerce businesses selling products but great for service based companies

  • If some more standard invoice templates could be given would be great. Though, there is sufficient scope of customization, but getting more templates ready might be helpful to many.
